Deep Water Moorage & Boat Ramp
The private deep water marina can berth all lengths of boats and large yachts. The marina and boat ra
mp are protected by Snowden Island and there is a natural slope for the boat ramp complete with good access. Fuel storage or commercial marina operations are available in close proximity, but not located at the Resort. These facilities are anticipated in the future.
Float Plane Access
The Marina is able to accommodate float plane access for those able to fly in.
Communal Amenities
Owners have access to the trail system on the property including access to the swimming hole at Lucky Creek. All owners will have access to the boat ramp and marina. Boat trailer storage is available for those who trailer in for short or long stays.
RV Site – Amenity Building
Available to purchasers of an RV site, the Amenity Building will offer laundry and bathroom facilities, a common kitchen, game/dining table, and outdoor amenities such as a communal BBQ, fire-pit and patio seating for those fun summertime social get-togethers with friends.
